Aren't "Tutus" just so cute?
A tutu is a piece of clothing usually worn by ballerinas as costumes;
But then it can also be worn as a skirt or gown, depending on your choice.
Five ladies who wore tutus were spotted by me, but sort of paired their Tutus differently.
