Meggings are for men, and are basically what leggings are for women. I think we all know leggings;
Even though leggings are also for both men and women, they are mostly worn by women, as a type of "skin-tight" garment or even form-fitting trousers that extend from the waist to the ankles, and can be worn as a fashion or decorative garment.
Meggings have been around for quite a while, and are going to stick around I guess.
They are solely intended for men, and honestly require a lot of guts to be able to wear one.
