Sophia Webster is a "new kid on the block" shoe designer, (she also designs other stuff though) who released her first collection last year (Spring/Summer 2013), and ever since then, has been making waves with her beautifully-made, fun, playful and quirky designs, and has already won awards in 2008, 2010 and 2012 respectively. Nicee!!
A first-class honours degree holder from the esteemed shoe-making college "Cordwainers" and a Masters of Art(MA) from the Royal College of Art, she definitely knows her onions. ( She is 27 by the way). #getinspired :)
She was the design assistant to, and mentored by the famous/well renown shoe designer,
Nicholas Kirkwood, for three years, and also credits him and Georgina Goodman as her sources of inspiration. (evident in the similarities between some of her designs and Nicholas')
Her shoes range from around $161.33 to $670.18 ( 26,000 naira plus to 100,000 naira plus)
