She Writes Woman x Modest Market Place, present #HopeVisits on January 1st, 2017.

She walked up and down the streets half naked with clothes torn from her shoulders and hanging loose over her waist. Calling out to everyone that dared look her way. She laughed at will and sat on the dusty road.

She muttered words that didn't make much sense. But one hot afternoon, they came and took her away. She screamed and screamed, and that was the last we saw or heard of Mama Ibeji.
Hello there,

Have you ever wondered where the mentally challenged paupers go? Who cares for them? Who loves them? Do you know that they lack basic needs like bathing soap and underwear? That can change IF #HopeVisits them...to let them know that they are not forgotten. That they too deserve love and support. That their story is still being written.

Be you male or female, please donate generously of whatever you might spare - clothing, footwear, provisions, toiletries or edibles - it will definitely go a long way. Please send in cash donations to The Modest Market Place Limited (GTB) - 0225176859 and/or drop off other donations with the listed contact persons below.

We hope that with your help, we can put smiles on their faces. If you can, please join us on January 1st as #HopeVisits the mentally challenged Paupers. The more the merrier!

Please make it a date! God bless you as you donate generously of cash, kind or your time. Please share with family and friends.

One last thing. Our founder visited the psychiatric hospital yesterday ahead of #HopeVisits, here's a short clip - https://www.instagram.com/p/BOZc0aGDn-n/?taken-by=shewriteswoman
